Morning, everyone.
When it comes to peptides I'm a relative layman, having only just begun dabbling and dipping my toes in, along with whatever benefits they can or may offer.
Right now that means 1.5mg of Reta each week, 1mg of MOTS-C on 3 days a week, and 200MCG of CJC/IPA nightly before bed, fasted for at least 2 hours. Longer than that is possible, given how slowly Reta empties the stomach and what my blood insulin is up to before the injection.
Reta has been in the picture for ~8 weeks, while MOTS-C & CJC/IPA are at 4 weeks. Sleep and overall energy have improved in a way that's very noticeable thanks to the MOTS-C and CJC/IPA. 13.5kg's has come off on the Reta, plus a significant amount of visceral body fat. Sitting at 34% BF on the last dexa (pre reta). Where my BF lands once this course of reta wraps in another 2 weeks is something I'm very keen to see.
Running low dose reta "indefinitely" alongside appropriately cycled MOTS-C and CJC/IPA is the likely path for me.
Tesa has my curiosity, though a suitable protocol for my specific needs and use case hasn't been fully investigated yet, nor how it would interact with the peptides I currently stack.
Learning and discovering is what I'm looking forward to
