Hey there!
I'm 25 years old and live in Colorado. So far I've dropped more than 120lbs, and I want to shed another 60. But for close to a year now, I've been pretty darn stuck. I keep hearing about GLP-1's over and over, so I figured I'd jump into a forum to read about everyone's experiences. And even more importantly, to learn how all of you cope with so much food noise?? it's exhausting!
