Hi All,

I'm a 38M and glad to have found this place to pick up new knowledge.

7 weeks back I went under the knife for my knee. It was an ACL reconstruction using a hamstring graft, plus a meniscus repair that was quite complex. Things aren't healing as fast as I'd hoped, so I figured this community could be a solid way to support and accelerate the process. My first order should show up soon, and I'm aiming to kick off my initial stack next week. Any thoughts anyone has would be appreciated.

I've dabbled in biohacking before, though peptides are new territory for me. Once I get more comfortable, I'm sure I'll branch out into more peps down the road.

For reasons that are pretty clear, I want to get a handle on how to approach all of this going forward. That first time committing was kind of a lot to take in.

Appreciate you taking the time to read this!

Hello. For my ongoing problems after knee surgery, KPV appeared to work more effectively than TB-500 or BPC-157. Of course, I am several years past the procedure now. I just wanted to share this personal observation with you.

I figure peptides could help with weight control too, since you're not up and moving around. When you're laid up with an injury, putting on pounds happens really quickly.

Hey, welcome aboard. Hopefully your ACL recovery is going smoothly — I've dealt with that same injury plus several others thanks to sports and construction work.

One piece of advice: spend as much time outside as you can, it really helps your mental state. Being cooped up inside definitely took a toll on my head.

This isn't about peptides, but the orthopedic surgeon who operated on my spine told me something — with any surgery I get, I should try to fix any abnormal walking pattern right away. Basically, concentrate on not limping, even if that means moving at a really slow, deliberate pace. That approach appeared to benefit my recoveries (I've had 5 knee surgeries altogether).

What does your stack for recovery look like? A friend of mine just went under the knife on her knee a second time after the first attempt failed, and I've been passing along some resources to her. Hope everything goes well for you!

Appreciate it.

Wolverine is what I'm using, with ghk brought in on its own.

From what I gather, kpv leans more toward fighting inflammation rather than rebuilding tissue. I'll add it in as well to bring the swelling down and avoid NSAIDS.

Thanks for chiming in.

I began with BPC+Tb (Wolverine), and roughly 7 days later introduced GHK, purely to confirm I handled the Wolverine without issues first.

At this point I'm only around 2 weeks into the bpc+ghk and roughly 1 week into the ghk, yet the swelling appears easier to control compared to when I began.

I also had some mk677 that had been sitting unused for a while, which I take at night before dinner, but I plan to swap it out for something that won't cause that relentless hunger.
