Glad to have found this place — the peptides I recently began are something nobody around me is aware of, at least for now, so having a space to talk about them with others would be great.

In 2023 I was told I have type2 diabetes. Ozempic came next not long after, and it worked really well for me, but the cost made it impossible to continue. The next year MJ showed up where I live, and mounjaro/tirzepatide has been part of my routine for 2 and a half years now. Reta and GHK-Cu are recent additions.

My aim is to soak up whatever I can about peptides. Thanks to mounjaro I dropped 59kg, yet another 40kg still has to go, so goal is a long way off, and despite being on 15mg it simply didn’t deliver the effect I require.

Beyond that I’m not sure what to add. I’m 52 and female. Nice to meet you all.

Hello and welcome — I’m also just joining, based in NE Hampshire.

I’ve used MJ for 12 months and dropped 22kg; starting weight was 102kg, so roughly 22% gone.

To hit my target I’ve still got 4-5kg left to shed.

So far I’ve funded MJ myself, using referral codes and similar tricks to reduce the expense. At full retail it has been extremely costly.

I’ve now found the grey market and made a first order of 1 kit of Reta to test, and it’s brilliant; I’ve still got several months’ worth of MJ left.

My progress had flatlined, but stacking 2mg of Reta with my 7.5 of MJ (Tirz) restarted things. Higher doses of Tirz gave me nausea I couldn’t handle, yet this combination is spot on.

I’ve just put in an order for additional Tirz and Reta from China, plus Hospira Bac water, vials, syringes and so on.

If there’s anything you want advice on, just reply in this thread and I’ll do what I can.

How were you able to get an English flag? I could only see the UK one

I had intended to pick UK, but then I saw Wales listed, so I scrolled back up to E and located England—except I can't figure out how to get back to that spot. It had to have been available while I was filling out my profile, though.

MJ's cost is nothing short of extortion, so finding out about grey has me thrilled. Combining those 2 feels like exactly what I'm after 🤞🏻

I'd love to hear how it works out for you.

Glad to have you. Tirz worked really well for me, and I haven't switched to Reta so far. KLOW has also given me solid results. Paired with Tirz, it has clearly eased my joint pain. I'm 52 as well, so it's a pleasure to meet you, and I hope your peptide path goes well.

Best of luck on your path,

There’s a ton of info available here. Enjoy digging around.

I’d shared a few extra details about using Crypto for payments (it costs less than a bank transfer) plus some supplier feedback without mentioning names, but that wasn’t permitted, so I’ll keep this short since I don’t want to break any forum rules.

I appreciate it.

Once my GHK-Cu runs out, I’ve been thinking about trying Klow. The GHK-Cu really does seem to be helping with the pain in my knee, and Klow contains that same peptide.

Likewise, it’s a pleasure to make your acquaintance. Best of luck to you. Have you been thinking about Reta, or are the results from MJ good enough that you’re sticking with it?

And best of luck to you as well. Crypto is a total unknown to me, though it isn't a problem at the moment. Should I ever decide to purchase kits instead of single vials, I'll probably just have to take the plunge — but I don't see that happening in the near future. Good to make your acquaintance.

So I'm now into week 3 of Reta at 2mg and things appear to be going nicely — I'm feeling good, and I've brought my mounjaro down from 7.5 to 6.

I went ahead and ordered 2x30mg kits of 10, which means 20 vials!

Dosed at 4 mg, that supply would stretch to 150 weeks, so 3 years, but it comes out at £11 a vial, so I just couldn't resist.

Each reconstituted vial gives 7 doses, so that's fine shelf-life wise, since 8-10 weeks is the max when kept refrigerated.

Now I understand how folks end up stockpiling!

I’m excited to be here, as nobody in my life knows about the peptides I’ve started recently, not yet anyway so it would be nice being part of a community where we can discuss these things.

I got diagnosed type2 diabetic in 2023. I began ozempic shortly after and had great success but I just couldn’t afford to keep taking it. MJ became available in my country the following year and I’ve been on mounjaro/tirzepatide for the past 2 and a half years. I recently added Reta and GHK-Cu.

I’m trying to learn as much as I can about peptides. The mounjaro helped me lose 59kg but I still need to lose another 40kg so I’m nowhere near goal and even though I was on 15mg it just wasn’t as effective as I need it to be.

I don’t know what else to say. I’m female, 52. It’s good to be here.

Hi there. I'm also new around here, and yours is the first post I've replied to! LOL. I've just wrapped up a 2 month cycle of GHKC-u, so here's some guidance I wish someone had given me at the start. #1 Dose in the evening...sleep will be excellent! #2 After taking your syringe out of the fridge, draw it and leave it to sit for 40 minutes. That cuts down the stinging. #3 This one matters most! Keep your skincare routine minimal. Avoid topical vitamin C (oral use is fine and advised since it supports collagen), retinol, chemical peels, glycolic/salicylic acids, scrubs and tretinoin (hyaluronic acid is fine). I had been using most of those. By the 6th week my skin was glowing and I got loads of compliments. Around week 10 I started noticing blotchy patches. They showed up literally within a few days. I was scared! After hours of research with Ai, I figured out what I'd been doing wrong. Use a gentle cleanser, a moisturizer with multiple ceramides and a jelly collagen. All inexpensive and available on Amazon. Expensive products aren't necessary at all. Ask Ai and it'll point you to these products. I'm on this simple routine now and the blotchiness is already fading. Excited to start GHK-Cu again in a few more weeks. Oh, and I've been looking into the pep Snap-8. It's topical: you mix the powder with hyaluronic acid and apply it. I'm trying it for the first time today! Good luck on your journey!!!!

Tap your profile picture. Scroll down until you reach privacy (leave it unclicked). Over on the right side, there's a Country Flag Select option. It took me a while to locate it as well!

That was all new to me, so thanks for filling me in. My current routine is vitamin c serum each morning after cleansing, then hydraulic acid serum and retinol serum in the evening. Would you be willing to share the products you're using at the moment?

Here's my routine, step by step: Albolene moisturizing cleanser (excellent at taking off makeup/foundation, though really not a cleanser), Vanicream gentle face cleanser, Vanicream daily facial moisturizer, and KOEC collagen jelly. These products give me a surprisingly lovely glow without costing a lot. I used to assume pricier meant better — that isn't true. This was the regimen Ai suggested after I mentioned being on ghkcu: gentle products rather than harsh ones.
