I'm around 20 years old. My main reason for looking into peptides and similar compounds is that I've been diagnosed with an autoimmune condition. Honestly, whatever. Another reason is that several very important people in my life deal with crippling arthritis along with many other illnesses, so if anyone can share any insight on that, I'd really appreciate it.

I'm curious about peptides for anti-inflammatory purposes and recovery, specifically those related to the gut, spine, cartilage and joints, plus a little for skin.

Because of medications, hcg and sermorelin are also things I'm interested in.

It's good to meet you all

BP157 could be a solid first option. TB500 alongside GHK-CU may also be beneficial. Look into it, put together a stack, and keep in mind that certain peptides require cycling — so when and how you plan matters.

I picked up kpv, bpc and ghk to address my condition. kpv hasn't been started yet, but ghk and bpc wiped out 95% of my back pain — and I wasn't even doing any back training for recovery, which blew my mind.

After plenty of digging, I feel quite sure about this.

Thanks for the assistance

Nice to spot fellow Brits in this community, and I hope your journey goes well for you.

Got my KPV yesterday, pinned 200 mcg both yesterday and today, with no reaction. Tomorrow I'll take my weekly 2mg Reta. I'm 73 yrs old and loving it.

Begin with the Wolverine stack, then track how your body responds across an entire cycle prior to introducing any additional compound. Avoid jumping straight into everything, or you'll have no way of telling which pep is doing the work and which ones are doing nothing.

Glad you're here! This community holds a great deal of helpful information. Wishing you success.

Glad to have you here. Make sure you share how you're getting on — we're all here to help each other and pick things up along the way 😄

welcome, fantastic to hear your back pain has eased. I'm following a comparable approach for degenerative disc disease pain relief, with the goal of repairing some ruptured discs so I can work on my back and neck to develop sufficient muscle to reduce injury risk

Please let us know how your stack and progress go — it would be good to hear how a similar protocol is working out 👍
