Hey everyone,

My formative internet years were back when forums and listservs were the main gathering spots, before social media took over, so coming across a community built in that same style and centered on things I care about now is a great feeling.

My username probably gives it away - I stay pretty active, but keeping my weight in check has never come easily, largely because I love eating junk without restraint. These days I'm older and dealing with the usual joint issues and persistent aches that show up at this stage. After a few rounds of losing and regaining a lot of weight, I began compounded tirz in January, paid an outrageous premium through a local physician, and it has worked well for me so far. I've also completed a few cycles of Wolverine to help with injury healing. My plan is to shed the pounds slowly so I don't end up with loose skin or lose muscle - I've pulled it off before and I'm confident I can do it again. As of now I'm down 25 pounds and my main lifts in the gym have held steady. Lately I've moved to eliminate the middleman and started looking into what else is out there - the likely next move is to add Reta on top of the Tirz and see what happens.

Excited to talk training, fat loss and stack ideas with everyone here.

For keeping the skin firm, I'd also check out ghkcu alongside it

I've definitely got this on my radar. I've thought about doing GLOW / KLOW, but the wolverine peps have me a bit hesitant because of what comes across as cancer fearmongering. My doc told me to use those 2 just for injury recovery, not as an ongoing protocol. Still undecided.

Based on what I've come across, MT2 is really the only one that gets tied to cancer fearmongering. As for the others, from the reading I've done, it only matters if cancer runs in your family.

yeah - perhaps it's just paranoia on my part. on one parent's side, 2 relatives passed away at a fairly young age, though from separate cancers, and there were environmental influences that don't affect me. apart from that, longevity runs strong in the family
