Hey everyone

I usually hang around AAS boards, but once I introduced Reta into my regimen, I was really impressed by how much these peptides assist in quieting food noise and helping me stay on track with my diet plan.

Appreciate the welcome.

Just a heads up — posting or replying inside the "Introduce yourself" section is proving really hard for me. Could a VPN be the reason? For safety, I run a VPN on every forum I visit. I've gone through the rules and I'm doing my best to stick to them, yet nearly every single time I submit something, a pop-up appears telling me my post/reply has content that isn't permitted. Which specific part is the problem? The pop-up never says. So I attempt an edit, and instead I'm told I have to wait 5 minutes before posting again.... After waiting those 5 minutes and submitting once more, the very same "content not allowed" box shows up... It's maddening.

Source info wasn't even why I signed up here. What I wanted was to talk with others about peptides.... The new GLP1 that's coming out, and so on, but all of those sections are locked down...

Hi,

There is a New Members limitation section:

"NEW MEMBERS FACE RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS on posting and participation (treat it as a probationary window). Those limits ease with time as you post more, as your posts collect more “likes”, and as your membership lengthens. How fast you clear those thresholds — or how slowly — is entirely down to you. Understanding this matters:"

There is more in that section for review

Got it, and I did go through that whole section. Nothing in there accounts for what's going wrong on my end. No big deal, though — from here on out I'll likely just treat this forum as read only. My work hours are long, so I don't have the time or the patience to put up with the limits in place here. Still, thanks for the help.

All the best to you! By the way, could you explain what AAS stands for? There are so many abbreviations, and they carry so many different meanings lol

Every single time I attempt to submit a response to you, a popup blocks it. I struggled just to get this one line posted. It's incredibly frustrating. Why is this place so locked down? Do the bots really never let up, forcing security this tight? I honestly can't figure it out.

My top recommendation would be to consult an AI chatbot. I'd share more, but I can't even make the edit function work on this reply.

Wishing you well too. Like I mentioned, I won't be around here often. The restrictions here are simply too much and are making me nuts (I have ADHD) with those popups calling me a bad person LOL.

Any thoughts on how I can remove my account?

Appreciate it, I was being a bit lazy 🙂 I'll go ahead and search..

As for removal, I don't really know — perhaps try contacting an admin? Username:

For the time being, just post in these intro threads. Once a couple weeks have passed, you'll receive your first upgrade. I hit the same obstacles—certain keywords are clearly off-limits for newcomers. I aim to engage with at least 2 to 3 threads each day.

Once I hit 10 posts, it looks like the limits eased up enough that the annoying "content not allowed" popup box stopped appearing. It does still pop up now and then, though not as often. I'm still curious about the reason these forums are kept so tightly restricted. My irritation has faded, and I'll likely stay here for a while.
