Hey everyone, checking in from SWFL where it's scorching hot. After years of digging into peps, I finally jumped in a few months back. At this point it's sort of an addiction... began with Reta and ARA, and these days I'm on quite a few others. Ha! Had no idea this forum was out there, so I'm pumped to look around, pick up knowledge, and lend a hand to others along the way.

Hey there!! I’m also just joining, though I’m located in NWFL (Jax)

Hey there, another Floridian here — ARA is something I've been wanting to give a shot. What kind of results have you gotten with it?

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you! For me, ARA has completely changed things. I deal with pretty severe neuropathy — my hands and feet burn and itch all the time. During week 1 on ARA, that dropped by at least 80%. Right now I'm on my first pause, 1 week off, and I'm still getting A LOT of relief, which makes me think it's genuinely been repairing something. A bit of the itching has returned, though it isn't severe, and there's some burning too, but it's far milder. I'm eager to get back on it! I hope your experience turns out as good as mine.

Awesome, and I can relate. For me it began with tagging along while my wife ran reta for a few months, which turned into me diving down this research rabbit hole. Honestly, the shift in diet and lifestyle that came with researching these peps has been a net positive. No regrets at all.

Appreciate the details, good to know it's been effective in your case! Honestly I'm interested in testing whether it might do something for the tendonitis/leg pain I get after running. I realize that isn't its intended purpose, but I've already gone through bpc-157 and tb-500 with no luck. Also, my supervisor at work deals with diabetic neuropathy, and ARA would likely be a big help for him.

Tendonitis, huh — funny coincidence. Achilles tendonitis hit me just when I was pausing ARA. Once I start it up again, that's one thing I want to check it against. KPV is another one I've heard does a lot, since it's strong at bringing inflammation down. So that's on my list to try too.

My shoulders are frozen, and BPC gave me almost nothing, while TB4 left me worse off. Fingers crossed KPV does the trick.

Absolutely! Just the shift in what I eat and how I live has more than justified the cost. Plus, each week brings further improvement.

I've got some kpv by itself, though I've also run klow, which has all of those in it — cu, bpc, tb, and kpv. While I'm using it, my joints generally hurt less, but I take at least 2 months off between cycles (1 month on, 2 off). I'll check out kpv protocols, run what I already have, and find out whether it makes a difference.
