Peptides are still pretty new territory for me. About a month ago I started trying retatrutide, and so far I've dropped 7lbs — my weight began at 235lbs, and I'm 6'2" ft tall.

I'm eager to keep going on this path and to pick up knowledge about other peps along the way. Lately I've returned to the gym, lifting weights 5 times per week and targeting a different muscle group on each day. Running is also part of my routine at least 3 times per week, and down the road I want to complete a marathon.

Recovering more quickly and dealing with all this muscle soreness have been my toughest hurdles so far. With that in mind, I'm hoping to find another pep to stack alongside the Reta. Right now glow is what I'm considering.

Anyway, leaning out is my main aim, and ideally I'd end up with a beach bod — after all, I do live in Florida, lol.

The key point is that you achieved that set of abs in the past — you can do it again!
That's the line I used on myself. After that, I had to admit they're still around ... just buried pretty deep beneath the extra layers 🙂

Glad to have you here. I'm pretty fresh to this place, and to peptides too.

I stand at 5'11; my weight went as high as 220 before I understood it was time to bring it down. The number I'm aiming for is 175-178. I hit the gym as well, but not as much as you -- my pattern is 2 days training, then 1 day resting.

There's one point I came across that I often bring up to others -- keep in mind the human body has a ceiling on how many calories it can take from fat each day. Go past that ceiling, and it will take from your lean mass instead. I'm not offering medical advice, but my suggestion is that anyone doing this should look into it themselves and make their own charts for "maximum number of calories burn per day from fat".

In my case, at the start it was roughly ~1900 calories max per day at the highest, and should I reach my goal, that figure will fall to about 900 per day. Which turns into a bit of daily arithmetic about what I have to eat, even when I don't feel like it.
