Only 2 days in on tirzepatide. 45 years old, 112 kgs.

This is round 2 for me with glp1. The first time around, I dropped to 92 kgs, but I quit Mounjaro since the cost was too high for me. Lately, though, I stumbled onto the grey market!! What a relief!
