Hello everyone, Scottish male in his 30's here. GLP1's have been in the picture for a couple of years. Semaglutide came first and shifted the spare weight. Then I moved to reta for maintenance and recomp, but the way it wrecked my sleep was too much. These days I have landed on a low dose of tirzepatide — barely any side effects, and it quiets the food noise enough that eating well and getting to the gym actually happens.
