Hey everyone, Apolyus here, writing from Romania. I'm a 27-year-old guy, 168cm tall and weighing 74 kilos. This is completely new territory for me, but I'm excited to give it a shot as I keep pushing forward in kickboxing.
Fat and fatigue have been a long-running battle for me, and I'm hoping to discover a solution while continuing to do what I love.
Wishing you all the best
