Hey all! It's Kacper
"I've been fat my whole life"...that's what came out of my mouth the moment I made up my mind to begin with GLP1. Once it clicked for me.
Even at this point, having dropped 15kg (90-75kg), I still wouldn't claim "I'm NOT fat". The finish line isn't here, and honestly I doubt it ever will be, particularly since I spent something like 22-24 years that way. (I'm 32). By the numbers maybe I wasn't hugely fat. 178cm 94kg at my worst, but still - my build, I keep saying my arms are like a stick bug's and my gut is like a hippo's.
Back in kindergarden already I was fat. Sure, I gave it a go many times with this or that diet and never had enough drive to stick with it long enough.
I even went to the doctor asking for a prescription and she flat out said I wasn't fat enough...come on, I struggled to get up to the 1st floor, or I even discovered slippers inside shoes so I wouldn't have to bend down and use my fingers because it was too hard...(good QOL though
).
Anyway, it's been over 4 months now I think and my life got a lot better. At last I've kept going past one-two weeks with working out, with dieting.
During the first 2 months I really pushed myself...then my lower back injury flared up again, I could barely move and I dropped the exercises...I got scared. Now after a month off I'm finally back at it!
DUH, I can actually spot muscles on my own body!
First time ever in my life I think. Still..the belly fat and breast bothers me and refuses to leave but it's way better. I'm a happier person than 15kg ago.
Also heading to Madeira in a month so that gave me one more reason to keep the good work going because there are so many awesome places to see...I don't want to end up spending it all resting after day one, got a lot of hikes there to check out!
Naturally...after good results from reta and picking up some injuries while training - like lower back and shoulder pain I began digging deeper and discovered there's more GOODS out there. Up to now I've only run wolverin stack - then klow and idk but I get the feeling it did me good.
Still lot of work to do but I believe I'm on a good way.
No idea what I'll come across here but hopefully a good piece of an advice and I think I've also had plenty of side effects that I can share or talk over with others and maybe help out someone too.
I've already pulled my gf's family into this, they have some weight issues as well. Her sister is already happy, mom is a tough one so I think even reta won't help her :O but yeah, the Peps family is growing haha
nice to meet everyone, have a good evening and hopefully you won't fall asleep reading it
Sorry for the mistakes, it's not my native language.
My history is much longer and I guess predictive so don't wanna make you too bored
Currently only on reta 2mg/week and KLOW 2mg daily-2days break. I went up to 4-6mgs but I didn't notice any difference and figured out that's not the way. Went back to 2 and just listening to my body...when I want to eat I eat...just far less than before and far healthier now. Fewer side effects that way.
