Greetings!
A 21 year old male, with a birthday that was just yesterday, and a year ago peptides entered my life. 19 was my age when I began, Reta was the start, Tesa and Glow got added eventually. Fine with weight loss and a reasonable pace is what I was managing prior to taking peptides. August of 2024 is when I started, at about 230, and 4 months of consistency brought me down to 170. Unfortunately though, derailing from that path is what began, my mind went, and all the weight I lost came back. Very scary was that time, since other issues I had been dealing with were all mental. Up to 225 I went back, a very dark place is where I was, and after everything, that chance on Reta is what I decided to take, beginning my peptide journey on July 6th. Lazy is not what I was, of course: 8-12 miles a day were walked, the gym saw me 6x a week, and barely any food went in (tremendous help came from Reta). College began, a bunch of confidence arrived, and radically different is how I now look as well as act compared to a year ago. 130 is where I am now, which was my goal weight. Missing, however, has been any consistency with the gym or walking since December of last year. So, 7 months of Reta have passed while not doing so much or being consistent, totally inactive is not what I was: a job was got, school was started, and classes meant walking every other day. Nevertheless, this forum was joined a month later after starting and since then it has been my way to get peptides as well as gain information I need. Much is still unknown to me but learning as much as I can is what I want, and beginning to participate, adding my input, and sort of using this forum as a diary is also on the list. This new endeavor will begin with a month break from peptides and then eventually a cycle back on. A lot more muscle built is the new goal, a good weight at 150 as well as eventually getting back on my stack: Reta, Tesa, Glow, NAD+, and whatever else may benefit me added in. Today is the start, maybe a few miles walked just to get myself back into everything. Hope to learn a lot as well as meet new people!
Thank you,
