Hello from Nashville!
I'm a woman in my 40s who used to be pre-diabetic. My Zepbound journey began in April 2024. Then came the CVS Caremark mess, and as of July 1, 2025, it was no longer on the formulary. Wegovy didn't work out for me either. These days I'm using compounded medication, and I'm here to pick up whatever knowledge I can.

I don't have a number I'm aiming for. My only aim is good health.
My husband is walking this road with me. He's in his 50s, has type 2 diabetes, and got the diagnosis 3 years back.

The only people who know about our GLP-1 experience are our parents and siblings. The rest of our family and friends are really harsh toward anyone on GLP-1s. I'm eager to meet other people making this same trip.
