Quite a few peps have crossed my path. Tirz came first. 130lbs gone across 12 months. Roughly 10lbs left before goal weight.
Somewhere in there I fell for running. Weightlifting has been creeping into the routine (not for the love of it, but everyone says it helps push my running further
