I've been looking into peptides for 2 years at this point. My first step was bpc157/tb500 to deal with injuries, and later I brought in ipam/cjc

For the past 3 months I've been using reta, aiming at longevity. There's still a lot I want to understand about peptides and bioregulators.

The healing/growth hormone/glp1 routine I normally follow has produced amazing results for a man in his late 50s.

Jan 2026 I'm trying out cartalax and libidon

Among the books I've gone through are dr seeds book and Henrys Peptide Salvation book

I'm eager to pick up more knowledge about peptides and hear what others have gone through

Your mileage may vary, but for me it's been great.

My resting heart rate climbed roughly 5 beats per minute, which told me my base metabolic rate had gone up. I peaked at 3 mg weekly, and these days I'm maintaining with 1 mg every 3 days. I dropped 20+ pounds, and the biggest win was losing a lot of the fat around my midsection. My health improved overall — I chose reta for its metabolic healing benefits.

Before reta, I'd already been eating low carb for years and doing intermittent fasting. Once on reta, I focused on protein intake and hit resistance training 6 days a week alongside pickleball.

So far, no other peptide has had this much impact on me — it's been 'awesome'.

Currently I'm 5 ft 10 and 177 lbs. I began at 199 lbs, and my height hasn't changed. 🙂

Over the past 3-4 months, what positives and negatives have you noticed while using libidon? Since it is a cytomax peptide and is said to be the latest version of prostamax, I am curious if it could be useful for BPH.

For my prostate, BPC/TB did nothing for me. I still haven't come across Prostamax, and I'm starting to doubt that anything short of surgery will bring relief

Oral peptides strike me as questionable, though this one does see clinical use in Russia. You can get Prostamax through uther

From what I gather, prostamax falls under cytomin while libidon is classified as cytomax. That said, the oral versions run $130-135 per month.

After completing 2 cycles of prostamax, my PSA dropped from 5.9 down to 4.8. As for symptom relief, I felt none.
