Hey everyone - I’m “new” around here, though not truly new. For a couple of months now I’ve just been lurking, soaking up information, and at last I’ve chosen to write a post and make it official. My story began several years back. When doctors were still only receiving samples, I was among the very first to try wegovy. I asked my PCP near the time those samples arrived, and glp-1s have been part of my life from then on. For me this was never about dropping a huge amount of weight. I’ve spent my whole life as a yo-yo dieter and a compulsive eater. Food was the center of everything for me until glp-1s came along. Having a life where food isn’t constantly taking over my thoughts feels incredibly liberating.

On a personal note - I’m a mother of three, and I’ll hit 50 this year. I have a full-time job and almost never manage to fit in exercise. Still, I want to build my own strength and vitality, because I know things might decline from this point if I don’t begin caring for my body better.

Glad to have you, and best of luck on your path here. Back when I was 16, I had the chance to work in the cedar yards in that area. It's a gorgeous state, with waters so clear they sparkle.

Glad to meet you, I’m also new. A few years ago I was near Windsor for training and had the chance to visit Hussys general store.

Glad to have you. Absolutely, it’s incredible when that food noise disappears. I had a really hard time with it personally.
