Hi there!

I set up my account a few months back, but I never got around to posting anything until now. Since I've finally placed my first grey market order, I figured this was the right moment to say hello. I'm dealing with a few complicated health issues, and based on what I've come across regarding GLP-1s, they could help me keep those conditions in check. I'm eager to pick up plenty of knowledge from everyone here, and to share what I go through as well! 🙂
 
Hello and welcome. I’m also based in Europe. I’ve used a few different GLP1’s, and if you’d like, I can tell you what I’ve learned from them. Would you be open to sharing more about what you’re aiming for?

Last year, I briefly used Mounjaro, but the legitimate cost meant I could only keep it up for a couple of months, so I stopped. My main aim with GLP-1s is weight loss, alongside gym work to build muscle, so I'm taking it slow and steady. I want to keep my energy up and preserve muscle mass, which is why I plan to avoid dropping weight too fast.

For Tirz, my plan is a standard titration schedule, though I might use a slightly lower dose and inject every 5 days rather than 7, to match the medicine's half-life.

How have different GLP-1s worked out for you?
 
Ciao, I'm from Italy, and I've got the same issue with what Mounjaro costs. Switching to gray worked out great for me, honestly haha. By the way, I dose every 5 days — that's the sweet spot I landed on.
 
I'm eager to figure out the whole 'going gray' process so I can stop depending on other people 🙂 MJ was working great for me until the price went up, and then I had to quit. A friend has been supplying me with some, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to work quite as well as it used to, so I'm hoping to pick up everything I can here and get more out of each dose🙂

Welcome aboard! I’m also a newcomer. Since 2023 I’ve been on GLP-1s, and for me they’ve made a genuine difference - not only when it comes to losing weight, but also for my general health and how I live day to day. I hope they bring you relief for your health conditions too. Can’t wait to hear how things go for you and to learn together!
