Hey everyone

A quick intro on me—I've dabbled with peptides before. Tried a glow blend, GHK-Cu, and made a topical GHK serum. I'm looking to kick off a reta protocol, any advice? Or suggestions for other peps.

Looking forward to seeing what's being talked about here and picking up some knowledge!

It all comes down to what you're trying to achieve. Are you looking for fat loss, staying youthful, better metabolic function, ... ?

Reta is straightforward to begin. For the initial dose, go low — 1 mg — and observe how your body reacts.

Should you notice hardly anything or nothing at all, you can step up to 2 mg/week for a stretch of no less than 4 weeks.

After that, 4 x 4 mg/week, 4 x 6 mg/week, and onward.

While a dose keeps delivering results, there's no real need to raise it. When fat loss stalls, that's the point to shift to a higher dose.

Thanks a lot for the reply. When it comes to a pen versus a syringe, which would you suggest? I've come across claims that certain peptides are too viscous and therefore can't be used with a pen.

Hello!

For reta, both syringes and pens work well. My own path began with a 1ml insulin syringe, and later I picked up pens designed for standard 3ml glass vials.

Begin at a low dose and increase it gradually, until you reach the effects you want. Don't rush it—just pay attention to what your body tells you.

Pair that with nutritious meals and regular activity, and you should be just fine.

I'm now at week 11: down 10kg (22lbs) and my muscles have gotten better. Things are going really great.

If anything comes up, feel free to ask 😊

Nice work on your transformation! I'm wondering whether the glow or klow blend can be used with pens too. Would you suggest an automatic pen, and what needle length would you advise?

Cheers, appreciate it!

Glow/klow works with pens too, absolutely.

When it comes to pen needles, I go with BD Micro-Fine Plus 30G (0.30mm x 8mm) - I use them on both my abdomen and tights 😊
