Hey everyone
I'm a guy in my 40s working on making my life better. A few years back I got an autoimmune disease diagnosis (Hashimoto) and over time put on a lot of weight. I went from roughly 85kg up to 110kg, and that extra weight has been pulling me down both physically and mentally. I stay active (lifting weights, running half marathons and marathons, hiking, and so on), eat clean, and stay away from processed food, yet the number on the scale barely budged. Not long ago I chose to try Reta, and in the last 2 weeks my weight has begun to come off. I'm feeling good and signed up here to learn more and meet others dealing with the same struggle. Cheers
