Hey all, I'm a dad from California at 45 with three young daughters. Roughly 20 years back, I dropped 175 lbs and managed to keep it off for quite a while. Lately, though, I've put some of that weight back on, so now I'm determined to get back on track and improve my overall health.

My goal is to stick around for my girls for many years to come. I'm eager to pick up knowledge from all of your journeys, pass along what I discover, and be an active member of this community.
