21, male, 180lbs. I've kept up a consistent lifting routine for several years. My bulk last year went way overboard. Then I spent the next 3 months doing a natural cut, dropping from around 205 down to 175 lbs. It got results, but I was miserable—no alcohol, daily running/stairmaster, extremely strict diet (egg whites, rice cakes, all of that).

This year I reached 190 pounds, but I had zero interest in repeating that. A friend of mine was into this stuff, so I picked up a spare vial of reta from him. It changed everything. I was going out 3x a week and still dropping weight. That's crazy.

Haters can call it "cheating" but I have abs and they don't. And I've already proven I can do it the hard way—why would I put myself through that again?

What I'm after:

  • Pinning reta again
  • Adding other peptides like MT1/MT2 and the GLOW stack.
Above all, I want to separate peptides that genuinely deliver from those that are cope. Sure, peptides get tons of hype on TikTok, but it's really hard to take people seriously when they have an affiliate code in their bio. I'm convinced no peptide is beating good sleep, training, and nutrition.

Seems like you’re making solid progress… On TikTok, Josh Holyfield, Derekliftz and Coach cam are worth following. They share plenty of useful content and aren’t just pushing products!!

Go Red Sox!!!
