Hi everyone!
At 55, I've dropped more than 100 pounds across the last 18 months. These days I feel better than I have in decades, and my focus has shifted to maintaining that progress while adding lean muscle. When I'm not working out, you'll usually find me on the golf course or out fishing. Glad to join this community, and I can't wait to pick up wisdom from all of your journeys.
