Yeah, I've been trying to figure out this whole area by myself too. The amount of info available here is huge — honestly feels like stepping out of the dark and into the light of peps welcome

Reta and KLOW are what my wife and I are currently on. We feel good. SS- 31 and MOTS- C are things I want to start soon.

Same here, my partner and I began the klow on injection evenings, and it appears to help with stomach upset. Right now we're only doing it 2 times per week. Haha im dead Man, we're actually discussing bringing those in plus NAD+. Based on what I've come across, I think ss-31 works well as a lead-in before NAD+, Vets please feel free to set me straight if that's off.
