Hey all,
Happy to have found this place. Weight has been a battle for me for as long as I can remember. At one point keto helped me drop a fair amount, but once I came off it the pounds came right back, since that approach just wasn't something I could keep up with.
Around November of last year I began taking my training much more seriously. My strength has gone up, yet the fat loss I was expecting never really showed up. That's what pushed me to accept that I also need to work on my eating patterns and my relationship with food.
I'm still pretty green with all of this, so my plan is to pick up what I can, remain steady, and go about it properly.
Thanks for having me.
