Been lurking for a while and just registered/joined.

Location = Midwest, USA

Life long interest in health, fitness, and optimization.

Have some issues with chronic pain, sleep, and body recomp.

Have tried 10+ different peptides.

Unfortunately, none have helped much with chronic pain or sleep.

Some have helped with body recomp.

After joining various TG and Discord groups, I realized how much I love soaking up this information like a sponge.

Hello from a fellow lurker! I also like just sitting back and learning all I can. It's disappointing that you haven't found many products that work for you. Hopefully you can find some good leads on this forum!

You've given quite a few a shot! Only thing I can think not on the list is Tirz for inflammation.
 
Fellow lurker here as well. I'd be interested in what works for chronic pain and sleep. My wife and I have been using GLP-1s for a while now and are losing weight, but weight loss alone has not helped her pain issues.
