Hi everyone, you can call me the “One Bite Bandit.” I’ve spent a lot of time in the gym over the years, yet my weight has always been a battle. Food and alcohol caused problems for me in the past, and those problems kept me from getting where I wanted to be. Things have shifted over the last few years, and I’ve put together a far healthier way of living.

Although changes have been made, the weight has stayed.

Not long ago, I began a retatrutide regimen while tracking macros and lifting heavy 4x a week. Progress is finally showing up, and I’m beginning to push through a plateau I never thought I’d overcome. Looking forward to continuing this journey alongside all of you!

Glad you joined us here.

Seems like things are heading in a positive direction for you. My own experience with Reta has been positive too. Due to a foot issue, exercising much isn't possible for me at the moment, yet the weight is still coming off gradually. Let us know how things go.

Welcome aboard! With reta, have you noticed anything helpful when it comes to your problems with alcohol and eating? At the dose I'm on now (3mg/week), reta has given me almost no appetite suppression. The food noise, though, has definitely quieted down for me.

Wishing you the best!

Great to hear, mate! A friend of mine just got going on reta — he was lean to begin with — and he's already down 15 lbs. Be sure to let us know how things keep going!
