Hi all.
My GLP-1 story began around four years back on semaglutide. Two months or so, then I walked away from it.
Last August I picked up retatrutide. Around 30 pounds down now. This time around it felt like a long game I was able to play.
Very recently I moved across to tirzepatide, largely to break the routine and find out how my body takes to another protocol. Curiosity, mostly. Depending on how tirz treats me, the plan is to come back to reta in a couple of months.
I am here to learn from folks who have been at this longer and smarter than I have, and to share whatever I can once I have earned the right to.
