Sema was a rollercoaster ride. At the start it felt like a miracle, the food noise vanished, amazing. But somewhere in the third month I stalled.
Side effects were limited to very mild nausea and headaches on injection day. Then in Month 2 I noticed a small dip in libido and in enjoying basic stuff.
