Hi there! Losing weight isn’t a new thing for me, but Reta definitely is. At 5’0, I used to weigh 74kg; now I’m down to 56-57kg with body fat around 21-22%. Getting to that athletic look—the one with body fat in the teens—has been a real struggle. TikTok kept showing me other people’s results, so I figured I’d try it too.

Your choice was a smart one. The amount of weight you shed is largely in your hands, since it comes down to how you manage your dose.

Which one are you planning to run — Reta, Tirz, or Sema? I have been on Reta since 6/17. With a small dose, the weight is coming off gradually. My bigger focus is on reshaping my body and keeping my strength up….I figure the weight will come down eventually.

Yep! My first Reta order just arrived, and last night I gave myself the initial shot. For the next few weeks I’ll stay at just 0.5mg. Same here — I used to compete in powerlifting and have been running a bodybuilding routine for some time, so keeping my muscle matters to me.

Wishing you the best on your journey 😊

Good to spot a fellow Aussie in this space.

Starting low is the right call. My own beginning was 0.5mg, and I kept to that same dose for 4 months. That stretch brought an 8kg drop.

Today marks 124 days on Reta for me. Total loss so far is 22kgs. I'm now at 3mg.

That's a seriously long stretch at such a low dose. Reta clearly agrees with you. Those are impressive results. Did you add any other peps into the mix at any point?

It's a huge stroke of luck that this stuff works so well on me.

From what I've picked up helping others, the pattern I keep seeing is that women past 40 usually won't notice anything until they're at 4-5mg/week at the very least.

As for other compounds, I've given mots-c, NAD, tesamorelin/ipamorelin, CJC/IPA, plus Semax and selank a try.

Wishing you success! I hope that smaller amount does the trick for you. Any other peps crossed your mind?

Things are going well up to this point! The appetite-suppressing effects are beginning to kick in for me. Klow is on my radar — from what I've read it works well against autoimmune conditions, so I'm curious whether it could do anything for the psoriasis on my scalp. I'm also looking at Nad+ to improve sleep, since my FIFO schedule means I sometimes get really lousy sleep at camp. Beyond that, there are a few more I'm weighing up, such as Tesa, mots-c and so on. I just want to dig into the research a bit more before I rush into anything.

After I finish my initial SS-31 and MOTS-C cycle, I'm fairly sure I want to give KLOW a go. Covid seems to have made some autoimmune problems I have worse. My wife and I will both be trying this one.

The first 2 weeks left me feeling full of energy, so I'm increasing the dose for both. My sleep honestly appears improved too. I'm heading to bed sooner and getting up with far less struggle when the alarm goes off (fewer snooze taps lol). Fingers crossed this keeps up!
