I'm very new to all this.

I have significant damage to both knees that will require TKR (Total Knee Replacement) surgery in the future. This also means that most exercise is difficult/painful and even with (ok gotta be truthful) limited although well meaning attempts to cut down what i stuff in my gob my weight needs to come down. Primarily to push back that horizon when I'll have to have surgery but also to make that time as pain free as possible. So here we are.

It's now time to do the research and commit to a program.

Cheers

Welcome to the forum - it sounds like bpc 157 and tb 500 will be your best friend for a while....maybe add in some kpv also - and for your gob - retatrutide is your best friend - this pep alone will change your life. Do some searching, reading & there are no stupid questions.

Thanks, I hadn't even considered any additional "stack" until you mentioned it above, and now i have 24 hours more rabbit hole research under my belt. Looks like a KLOW80 would be a reasonable place to start. As for the Reta, I was planning on doing Tirz for a six month period and researching further on Reta. I take it you'd suggest going straight to Reta?

Thanks for the info.
