Moin all! 🇩🇪

Stumbled across this forum, and it feels like my kind of crowd. 26 years old, German, and about 5 months into the peptide world. Skin trouble dogged me for years and the usual approaches all plateaued, so a different route made sense: compounds like GHKCU first, and now the protocol is growing.

📊 The basics:

  • How tall: 1.84m (6’0”)
  • Weight today: 78 kg (172 lbs)
  • Build: skinny-fat (recomp in progress!)
  • Running now: GHKCU (very new to it)
  • Coming next: TB-500 and BPC-157
  • Gym: 4x per week Upper/Lower Split (Strength & Hypertrophy focus)

🩹 Why the skin brought me here

Chronic skin problems have been my reality for years, and nothing conventional helped. Dermatologists, topicals, the whole list. A different approach was what I wanted, so peptide research began. That is how GHKCU, Klotho and similar compounds that work on skin health from the inside came onto my radar. My thinking: deal with it systemically and work on body composition at the same time.

💪 Training and recomposition

The scale alone isn't the target. Skinny-fat is my starting point, so real body recomposition is the goal: solid muscle going on while overall composition improves. The gym gets me 4x a week on a structured split:

  • Compound movements and progressive overload as the base
  • Laying a solid foundation while running this protocol
  • Melting away isn't the aim; building something real is

🧬 How the protocol is evolving

GHKCU is what I'm running at the moment while I watch how my body answers it. Next in line: TB-500 and BPC-157, for recovery, tissue healing and general optimisation. Methodically is how I want to do this: no rushing, decisions from data.

🎯 What I'm after here

On my list:

  • Picking up knowledge and experience from all of you
  • Posting my progress and results honestly
  • Honest feedback on the protocol and the approach
  • Meeting people who take optimisation and health seriously

Honest bit: documenting this journey properly matters to me, and so does helping anyone in a similar position, skin trouble, recomposition, trying to optimise with peptides.

Grateful to be here, now let's get to work! 💪
