Hi, I'm a 38yo female, currently weighing in at 110kg and just started my journey with peptides 3 weeks ago. Already down 5kg thanks to reta and love that the food noise is gone.

The most interesting part is that I was diagnosed with ADHD 4 months ago and reta has done more for my functionality than ADHD meds have. Other people at work have noticed I'm now locked in and on top of everything.

Not only is the food noise gone, but also the random urges to spend money and take risks. I'm saving so much money now just from not eating junk and not shopping for junk!

The weightloss is now just a nice side effects rather than the main goal. But I do have a fair bit of weight to lose to get back to a healthy weight after having 2 babies a couple years ago. I was on insulin during those pregnancies so I'm no stranger to the pinning.

I've been drinking heaps of water with electrolytes and salt, and keeping on track with my protein goals. Im also doing strength training a few times a week because I want to maintain as much muscle as possible during this process.

I've also recently started on GHKCu and looking forward to seeing the effects of that after a few months. I think I've fallen down the peptide slippery slope because now I cant get enough of researching all the different types and their purposes!

Glad to have found this forum and looking forward to learning as much as possible from you all 🙂
