Helloooo All!

A close friend put me onto Reta, and after that I went deep into learning about peps — I picked up a whole lot from various ecommerce sellers and pulled the kitchen sink move of looking into several of them all at once. These days I've settled down, gotten educated on all of them, and my cycling and stacking is way smarter now. They've changed my life. The reta took 40lbs off me and I can sleep again! Sleep apnea is gone too. Amazing!

I want to do research with items that have solid testing behind them, so I'm looking into testing groups and similar. This stuff has me hooked and I love this community — thanks for having me.

Hi! Great job on dropping the 40 lbs, that's a significant milestone! Was your sleep apnea tied purely to weight? I'm worried I might have sleep apnea, but I'm already lean

I’d like to know more about the “kitchen sink” approach when it comes to what everyone here used; the amount of each, plus which ones you stayed on or dropped.

Reta came into the picture when I was already fairly lean. Dropping some body fat afterward has done one more thing for me: my sleep has improved quite a bit, since I can now breathe more easily through my right nostril whenever I lie on my left side.

Wow, in the beginning my stack was reta, mots-c, aod-9604, 5-amino-1mq, selank, semax, DSIP, GHK-Cu, and BPC-157, plus ipa and cjc-1205wdac each pinned 2x weekly. My dosing info came from peptidedosages.com. It definitely kicked my metabolism into high gear! Assuming reta bumps metabolism by 300 cal/day, I was seeing 500-600 and dropping 5lbs/week in some weeks. Way too fast! So right now I've cycled off everything except reta.

A new cycle is coming up soon. I'm signing up at a gym, and I'll run KLOW plus a GHRP such as Ipam to take the brake off (somatostatin), then 30 minutes later I'll use CJC-1295 no dac.

My girlfriend is pretty relieved that I no longer sound like I'm on death's door multiple times a night. I used to get jolted awake by gasping for air! She also mentions that I do still snore, but it's soft now. Nothing like a freight train lmao

Wow, you really went all out with the sink!

Nice

Hearing about how far you've come and then a reset. Are you still doing a recomp at this point? Or are you aiming to bulk?

Oh goodness at first I took reta, mots-c, aod-9604, 5-amino-1mq, selank, semax, DSIP, GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and took ipa and cjc-1205wdac twice each per week. I used dosing from peptidedosages.com. It revved up my metabolism that's for sure! If reta increases metablism by 300 cal/day I was hitting 500-600 and losing 5lbs/week some weeks. Too fast! Anyway, I've cycled off of everything except reta at the moment.

Soon I'll start a new cycle. I'm joining a gym and will cycle on KLOW and a GHRP like Ipam to release the brake (somatostatin) and then half hour later use CJC-1295 no dac.

That was certainly a hefty stack you had running 😂 Good on you for noticing the pounds were dropping off too fast and making a change! Can’t wait to watch where things go for you from here.

Glad to have you here! In a few months, I'd really enjoy reading a follow-up where you share which pieces of your cycle you chose to stick with, which ones you cut, and the reasoning behind those decisions.

I get it! At this point I've accumulated way too many kits — I'll come across something about a pep, get curious, and next thing you know, there's yet another kit sitting here. Honestly, I've lost track of what can safely be combined with what.
