Hi everyone, joining as a new member feels great, and I can't wait to soak up a huge amount of knowledge. My journey began with Tirz in December 2025, and since then I've lost 20 pounds. Right now I'm giving Reta and Cag a try…but at the moment nothing much is shifting. Honestly, that's a bit frustrating. Could it be that I'm saying their names incorrectly and that's upsetting the gods? Even so, I'll keep pushing through this new adventure! Thanks.

When it comes to what you're dealing with right now, I can't offer any guidance. I'm fairly sure I've come across something about it somewhere on this forum, so search through the posts, pose your questions, and you'll come across some answers here. Keep going!!

Thanks! There's no way I'm stopping.

What was your tirz dosage, and what Reta dosage are you using now? I've been taking Reta at 8mg for just past 3 months and I'm in a slump. I'm considering adding a small Tirz dose around midweek, separate from my Reta dose, to see whether that helps.

For a stretch I stayed on 3 milligrams of Tirz, then progress stalled, so I chose to give Reta a shot. Since lower amounts cost less, I went with 2.5 milligrams of Reta, and the following increase begins this weekend. If I remember right that’s 4 or five mg, though my notes are back at home?

Stepped on the scale this morning and it looks like 3 pounds came off…that’sa good sign…down 23 pounds since December!
