Hello everyone. I live in the Netherlands and I am 46 years old. My weight has been a real challenge for me. I have tried several types of medication, and while they helped a bit, the effects never lasted. Now I have begun using retratutide, and I am hopeful that it will be effective.

With reta, plus the fundamentals of eating well, I'm sure you'll get where you want to be. Joining this forum is already a move in the right direction 🙂

thank you, in 5 weeks I dropped 26 pounds. I'm really pleased

Glad to have you here! My partner and I spent 2 weeks in the Netherlands last year — my cousin resides in the Hauge. We adored it. Friendly folks, straight talk, practical thinking....I fit right in lol

Wishing you success with Reta. My own purpose here is different; energy, healing, mental focus. Can't wait until I'm able to reply to people beyond the intro section.

Welcome, another Dutchie right here. I hope reta treats you well. I've been using tirz for more than a year and I'm down almost 30kg. Perhaps at some point I'll move over to reta too. What dose of reta are you taking?

currently at 3mg, likely moving to 4mg next week
