HI

I just signed up here, so I figured I'd say hello. I'm 40 and my home is Oslo, Norway.

Wegovy has been part of my routine for some time, and so far GLP‑1 medications have treated me well. At this point I'm getting ready to switch over to Retatrutide, and I'm eager to hear from anyone already using it or thinking about doing the same.

The reason I came aboard is to find out how things have gone for others — their results, side effects, and any advice for the switch between medications.

Glad to be here and pick up what I can from everyone.

Hi, I'm from Norway. Wegovy was something I tried, but the side effects weren't to my liking. Now I'm on Reta, which works a lot better in my case. I also stack Cagri so the food noise stays away. Glad to have you here on the forum!

Takker for rådene. Det kan godt hende jeg vurderer å teste cagri etter hvert. Synes ikke Reta demper appetitten like mye som Wegovy gjorde.

Glad you're here. Norway is somewhere I'd really like to see at some point.

Wishing you the best as you go forward.

Hi there and welcome aboard!

Tirz has me in the exact same boat as you.

For the last 2 months or so, Reta kept crossing my mind — especially because of this stall I've been stuck at since November — so I finally took the plunge and kicked things off last week. Went with the Bridge method: drop Tirz down to a really low dose (2mg), then bring in Reta at a low dose too, despite being on 15mg of Tirz. .25 last week, .5 this week. Honestly nothing much to report so far, aside from an appetite like a Mama Bear waking up from hibernation lol It's manageable and I can live with it. I figured as much after reading about other ppl's experiences. Only time will tell...

Best of luck on your journey!

How did you structure your dosing? When I used reta, it killed my food noise completely.
