Hi everyone!

I'm super excited to be apart of this community. I've always struggled with my weight, even when I was doing all the right things. When I got diagnosed with insulin resistant PCOS it lifted a weight off my shoulders as many aspects of my health began to make sense. Now equipped with this knowledge, Im excited to get that extra help I need with glp-1 🙂
 
Welcome! I'm also from L.A. (but living in the UK) and have PCOS. I've been able to manage it with diet & exercise up until now. I'm looking forward to getting help, too!
