Excited to be here and using this great resource around such a positive tool for change. I've been doing a lot of reading around Reta over the last week or so, and came here ultimately for practical advice to take that first step into giving it a go.

Welcome! Its such a bizarre thing to get into. I had to watch three coworkers order and not die to even attempt reta. Lovely stuff after taking the plunge tho.
