Hi everyone!
My name is Patty, and I'm from Falling Waters, West Virginia. I'm excited to be here and to learn from all of you. I've recently started my GLP-1 journey and joined this community because I know there's so much to learn. I'm hoping to gain a better understanding of peptides, how they work, and how others have incorporated them into their wellness journeys.
So far, I've lost 11 pounds and am working toward my goal while also learning about other peptides that may support overall health and wellness. I know there's a lot of information out there, so I'm looking forward to hearing real experiences, tips, and advice from people who have been on this journey longer than I have.
When I'm not researching peptides or focusing on my health, you'll usually find me spending time with my family. I'm blessed with five amazing kids and eleven wonderful grandchildren, who keep life fun and busy! I also love traveling, trying new things, and spoiling my black Labrador Teagan and Pitbull Kalani.
I'm excited to connect with others who are on a similar journey. I look forward to learning from your experiences, sharing my own along the way, and cheering each other on. Thanks for welcoming me into the community!
