Hey everyone, I'm just getting started with forums for peptide-related info and such, so I'm soaking up whatever I can. Previously I was using SEMI (through a wellness office), but once the weekly price and what I was getting from it stopped lining up, it wasn't worth continuing. I had planned to switch to TRI, but then a coworker put me onto Reta. I've now been running that for close to 4 weeks. What I appreciate is that it doesn't leave me feeling sick and I've actually got energy, plus because I began at a low, gradual dose I can tell it's doing something (along with me holding up my end through exercise and food). Down the road I'd like to purchase it in bulk rather than one vial at a time, at least until I hit my target weight of 160lbs. Currently I'm at 198lbs, and when I began Reta I was 207. People often say the effects don't really show up until around 4 weeks in, and now that I'm at that point I'd have to agree. Seeing so many incredible results on reddit has me genuinely motivated and excited to be on this journey. Any tips and experiences are welcome. Glad I came across this site. ✌🏻

Hey, I'm new around here too.. began reta at 1mg 3 weeks back.. what changes have you seen since you started? For me, I'm getting full faster, and perhaps a bit less food noise.. though it's definitely still present.

Hey, thanks for getting back to me! Week 1 was also 1mg for me, then I bumped it to 2mg the next week and kept it there for 2 weeks. That's what killed the food noise, actually. Eating less at a time and going longer between meals is what I've noticed — naturally, since digestion is ridiculously slow. By week 3, I'd say cravings dropped off. It's just empty, honestly. Last Sunday, which was week 4, I raised it by .5, so now I'm at 2.5 and plan to hold there for a few more weeks, I believe. Week 4 was also when physical changes became visible — a flatter belly and looking leaner. I wish I'd started this sooner but kept putting it off; anyway, on Friday I began a body composition log to keep track of it.
