Hey all!

I haven't been around peptides long, and the only ones I've actually used myself are BPC-157 and TB-500, which I took for tendon repair. A friend of mine walked me through what he's running: Reta, GHK-Cu, and Melanotan 2 (MT2 really did its job — he's noticeably darker now).

Looking forward to picking up more knowledge from everyone here!

Hey, did BPC-157 and TB-500 actually help in your case? My main reason for being here is to look into tirzepatide, though those 2 have caught my attention as well. While I was digging into ways to recover from a torn meniscus, they kept appearing. Tirzepatide brought the inflammation down and my knee has improved, but it's still not 100%.

Yes, definitely. My pectoral tendon was torn and needed surgery to reattach it, and that's what got me looking into peptides to begin with. Rather than putting the injection into belly fat, I went with a local shot close to the shoulder so it would hit the area harder.

Was it the tirzepatide directly that lowered inflammation, or was it the weight loss it caused that eased the load on the knees and therefore reduced inflammation?
