Greetings from the Sunshine State!

I'm a 35-year-old guy. TRT has been part of my routine for about a year now, yet stubborn body fat still refuses to budge.

Not long ago I ran a fairly minimal Tirz protocol: 2.5mg for 6 weeks, followed by 5mg for another 6 weeks. The results were fantastic! Roughly 15 pounds came off during that stretch, but the cost was brutal! Around $300 for a single 60mg vial.

I spend a lot of time browsing Reddit, and this forum keeps coming up. My goal is to pick up more knowledge, and I'd love to give Reta a shot! On Tirz I noticed some strength loss, though the fat loss was impressive.

Payment methods have me a bit puzzled? It looks like crypto is the main option, but I don't have any of that set up yet?

Glad to have you! Switching from Tirz over to Reta is exactly why I showed up too. Some sellers out there will take non-crypto options. The one I went with took Alipay, though that ended up being somewhat of a pain since the app wanted extra verification. Try searching for "paypal" "alipay" and similar terms — you might turn up other ways to pay. That said, setting up crypto is worth it for convenience.
 
At the start crypto can feel overwhelming, though once you complete 1 transaction you'll see it's actually manageable. I'm not trying to make it sound trivial, but by sticking to much of the guidance found here or the crypto tutorials on stairway to gray, the process can be fairly straightforward. My own approach: purchase ETH or SOL through kraken pro, transfer to exodus wallet, swap into USDT, then forward to the wallet address. The key is to locate reputable guides and stick with them.

It sounds like tirz already gave you a strong start — 15 lbs across roughly 12 weeks at fairly low doses is excellent, particularly when the goal was to stay conservative. A dip in strength is also something many folks run into, and it tends to come from fewer calories plus less intense training while appetite is blunted.

Reta is clearly the next thing a lot of people explore, and that's often the reason — some say they get improved energy/expenditure and less of that “flat” sensation than with tirz, though it's not the same for everyone.

As for price… yeah, that's typically where most people hit a fork in the road. The moment the long-term cost becomes clear, it sends you straight into research mode.

And the crypto confusion? You're far from the only one — basically everyone bumps into that wall early on. It comes across as far harder than it really is. After you get through it once, it generally clicks and turns into a normal routine, but that initial round feels like picking up a foreign language.

Smart move giving yourself time to look into things before starting up again. Tirz has already given you a reference point, so you'll be well placed to judge how you react if you go with something different.

I managed to figure out the crypto side of things and got my first order placed (TIRZ) with one of the forum's trusted partners. I bought USDT on the ethereum network inside my exodus wallet. The purchase fees definitely stung, and then at payment time I realized I had to buy ethereum to actually send the payment? Luckily I could use my Robinhood account and transfer it over to Exodus, which was WAY EASIER.

So now it's just a waiting game. According to the supplier, shipping takes 2-5 days out of a US warehouse. If a package shows up within the next week I'll be thrilled. I did like the Tirz, but buying it online from a "research chemical supplier" was crazy expensive — over $300 for 1 60mg vial! So I'm really hoping this pans out, since I'd be getting 5x that amount for under half the price lol.

Do I need to filter grey market peptides? I came across one mention of it and it had never even occurred to me. I suppose that's a rabbit hole for another day!

I said that wrong. What I meant was a “Vender connection”. I searched for a thread with activity and feedback, and having a US warehouse was a bonus… at least that’s what I’m hoping lol
