Unfortunately, my first post here isn't a good one. I had success buying from 1 supplier, so I chose to test a different one — and ended up getting scammed. What's the process for reporting this? I took screenshots of the conversation.

Honestly, beyond naming the supplier publicly so other people don't get taken, there isn't a proper channel for this. Most of these peptides were never approved for human use, which is exactly why they move on the grey market. Reporting gets awkward when the whole trade lives in that space...
