Hey everyone. I'm brand new around here. Came across this place while digging around on Reddit, haha.
About a year back my son arrived, and it hit me that weighing 351lbs made zero sense if I wanted to stick around as long as I can for my family.
Things kicked off with a carnivore diet, and sticking to it plus regular workouts took me from 351 down to 320 across roughly 3 months.
Then we moved near Thanksgiving, I lost my groove, and I was right back at 351. That's the point where Reta entered the picture.
My first Reta dose was 3/12/26, and this morning the scale says 301! Right now I take 3mg on Mondays and Thursdays. I'm feeling better, and it's clear it helped keep my blood sugar steady through the day. The carnivore approach sorted out my blood pressure too, which was a bonus, and nothing has shifted with Reta.
I'm sticking around to pick up more knowledge along the way, see what other options exist, and figure out how to keep more money in my pocket lol. Appreciate you reading my ramblings.
