Hi all, for over a year this has been my go-to source for deep dives. Recommending it to other people over and over eventually made the irony land: an account of my own was needed. No more just lurking around.
So here I officially am, a year on.
Last year is when I stumbled on it, while digging around for help with PMDD/Peri menopause symptoms — my weight refusing to budge, and me refusing to age disgracefully.
Direct access to research items has genuinely helped me and my family.
40 is on the horizon now and I'm glad about it, unlike roughly two years back, when a change in my body seemed like one more annoyance I'd simply have to put up with.
That's the jist. Being a yapper, I'll cut it short before this turns into a dissertation. Thanks to everyone on the forum for the experiences and resources shared — the help has been real. Passing it forward and contributing whenever I can is the hope.
