Hi everyone!
Signing up happened a week or so back, though this intro post took me a while to get to.
Ontario, Canada is home, and the reason I'm here is to pick up more on peptides in general, GLP1s above all.
The last year has been spent researching, and before the holidays I got a lot more serious — scouring forums and Reddit, plus listening to episodes of the "thedocswholift" podcast.
Doing this in a way that keeps the chance of harm as small as possible matters to me.
Bodybuilding-style training has been my thing over the past 15 years and muscle isn't in short supply, yet diet and appetite (binge eating) remain a fight. Watching my parents and friends get some success out of Ozempic and Mounjaro, despite barely changing their lifestyles, has been telling. These peptides, retatrutide in particular, strike me as something that could help me a great deal.
