HI everyone
37yo guy, here for information on the various peptides. A prescribed course of Mounjaro is what I'm on, 3 months in, and 20kg has come off — 10kg away from the ideal 75kg. Weights four days a week with a little cardio has turned me into a bit of a gym rat. Peptides for recovery and development are the main interest, though learning something new is always welcome!
