Hi everyone — glp1s are new ground for me, though the research has been going on for a while and my health journey has now begun. Juggling a family against my own health has been a real challenge, but new things and new tools are something I enjoy.
Other people's experience and expertise is what brought me here, in the hope of getting better control over my health — for me as much as for my family.
retatrutide came first, then TRT to make up for the low T I'd been fighting for a couple of years. So far it's going well, and both have kept me motivated on the other fronts — exercise, diet and sleep!
The target is 260; 360 is where I'm at right now, and 11lbs has already come off
